At Char-Griller, we stand behind the quality of our grills and accessories with a 30-day return policy for items in new, unassembled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the right equipment for your backyard.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the grill if necessary and pack all components in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
